The UT Hockey team is very proud to announce the addition of Shawn Daze to its coaching staff.  Shawn has joined the team as an assistant coach after holding similar positions at the University of Michigan (ACHA DII) and Michigan-Dearborn (ACHA DI).  Shawn has also served as the head coach of Albion College (ACHA DIII).

Before beginning his coaching career, Shawn played at both Humber College in Toronto, Ontario and Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario.  With this wealth of hockey knowledge and experience, the UT Hockey team is very happy to now have Shawn behind its bench.

In his new role as an assistant, Shawn will have input into all facets of the team’s performance on the ice.  The team is very excited to gain Coach Daze’s insight and hopes his guidance can help speed the development of the young squad.
